Accept & Deploy
Accept a job, deploy canisters at the test location, and the 48-hour testing clock starts automatically. The platform tracks your deployment window in real time.
Track & Complete
Monitor pickup status from your dashboard or Daily Schedule. When the retrieval window opens, pick up the canisters, confirm completion, and maintain a clear activity record.
Built-In Affiliation Compliance
Radon Relay enforces lab affiliation matching at every step. Runners must be affiliated with the measurement business that deployed the canisters before they can accept the job. This ensures chain-of-custody integrity and compliance with QA plan requirements.
Registration Gate
Every technician declares their affiliated lab businesses during registration. Only approved affiliations are recognized on the platform.
Job-Level Enforcement
Each job specifies which lab's canisters are being picked up. Non-affiliated runners cannot accept the job—the platform blocks it automatically.
